Our Return Policy
You have up to 5 days after receiving items to Contact BeYoutiful 365 for Returns. After contacting Us, You have an Additional 3 days to Return Items to Us at Your Expense. Items must be in there Original Unused Condition. Items must also be in the Original Packaging. No Cash Refunds only Exchange or Store Credit. Cash Refunds Will Only be given if an Error has occured on Our Behalf and We're unable to fulfill Your Order Request.
BeYoutiful 365 is not be Responsible for any Lost, Stolen or Damages that occur during Shipping. Shipping will be conducted through USPS unless otherwise Specified by Customer. **Tracking Numbers will be issued with All Purchases.** Package Insurance can be added at an additional cost to You. If You fail to Contact Us within 5 days after receiving your purchase, Unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable)
No Exchanges or Store Credits will be given for Any items that are returned not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 3 days after Contacting Us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account

If you are shipping an item over $75, We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
